I ordered these for my old white Playseats Evo, and they came in a brown unmarked box. Both metal pieces are really small; about 5" in length on one and the other is about 7". There were no instructions what-so-ever, but after fumbling for about 5min, you'll figure out how it goes. BUT, the worst part is that to secure the two plates, it needs 4 1/4" washers that didn't come with these over-priced metal plates. While I live in suburbia southwest United States, I can see if someone live in a big city, it would be a hassle to find these washers. Be sure to take at least one of the plates with you to the store when buying the washers, because I wanted galvanized ones and they wouldn't fit, you need the plain (ugly) ones because the metal needs to flex a bit to fit these plates. The standard Playseat and Playseat Evolution really has no means for securing the Xbox's wheel except with velcro. Cons: - a bit pricey for two metal plates that they could have just thrown in with the Playseat. - pictures in the instruction manual are tiny. a bigger picture would make it a lot more intuitive to attach. It works well on all systems thanks to the Customizing software that can be downloaded from the UK version of the website. The wheel is excellent, but this being my first wheel I didn't notice the intricacies of response time between using my thumbs to instantly respond with analog sticks vs using arms and feet to use the wheel and pedals. No fault of the wheel at all,and as I got into the grove the wheel was extremely responsive and and fun. Trust me when I say you will finally see how much you counter steer and tap the gas as you attempt to powerslide in in Hot Pursuit. The Customizer software makes all of the difference. Thankfully, the new Logitech NASCAR is a more solid wheel, and has better feel, accuracy and control than the MC2. I've tried this wheel with Project Gotham Racing 2 and Rallisport Challenge 2. Here are my first impressions: Pros: 1. Typical Logitech build quality: Everything fits together well. 2. Control is precise and accurate. 3. Nice to have the slot for the XBox Live communicator. 4. I also found that the settings for steering sensitivity isn't really that hard. All you need to do is: 1. Press and hold the MODE button for 2 seconds, or until the MODE light starts flashing. 2. Press the A, B, X, or Y button while holding the MODE button to choose a sensitivity setting. 3. Release both buttons. Steering sensitivity is now set.
